She was so rude wouldn’t even listen to me to make up some beef raw in 200g packets which a lovely staff member has done for me for ages now regardless being busy !!!!
I am in absolute tears and she hung up on me twice and accused me of yelling but she wouldn’t even let me get a word in!!! What the 😭 I will be taking this to my big social following to advise of how disappointed I am with this so called manger today not putting the customer first and taking care to listen absolute joke iv never been treated so badly like wow 😢
I love Scruffie's. More importantly so do my dogs, and they are getting something that is healthy for them. They have birthday cakes, and a very impressive variety of choices.
Great people, great prices, great service. Excellent mix of different types of food and treats,really good if you want to feed your dog a raw food diet too.

*Edit. They 'had' been better this year but the last month they have seemed to have gone backwards. Different staff and another new manager at the end of the year I think. Store doesn't look as friendly any more.
